ok…so i luv shakira…she is my idol. i want to be like her. I have seen she is really flexible…like freaky flexible. I am very flexible and still young so i can get better. but how can i be shakira flexible? i am pretty flexible myself but i just want to be like her. I know i will need to work on it and need patience and practice. Is there any certain poses i can do to more flexible? I really want to be able to do those flex/yoga poses that freak people out. lol
As for the dance…shakira is also a really good dancer. she can belly dance and can really move her hips. I want to be able to do just that. If you have any dances i can work on or a video so i can learn to move my hips like that…that’d be great.
any help/advise would be great for either. or is you have something similar
